1. One Piece trademarks and rights
Important notice
OpItem is not an official One Piece application. It is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or supported by Bandai Co., Ltd., Eiichiro Oda or Shueisha Inc. (hereinafter collectively the "One Piece rights holders").
The following are registered trademarks and/or works protected by copyright belonging to the One Piece rights holders:
- The "One Piece" name and logo
- The names, images and depictions of all characters (Luffy, Blackbeard, etc.)
- The names and artwork of the One Piece Card Game expansions
- All text, illustrations and graphic elements featured on the official cards
The use of these elements within OpItem is strictly referential and informational, in the context of managing collections of official cards by their legitimate owners, with no commercial intent regarding the said trademarks.
2. Card data
The data relating to One Piece Card Game cards used in the OpItem application (card names, numbers, expansions, reference illustrations) comes in part from open and community sources dedicated to the One Piece Card Game, notably the tcgapi.io API.
This data remains the property of its respective authors. OpItem thanks the contributors for their community cataloguing work.
The price data displayed in the application comes from third-party market sources (notably Cardmarket) and is not managed by OpItem. This data is provided for indicative purposes only.
3. OpItem content
All of OpItem's original elements, including the source code, the interface design, the OpItem logo, the editorial blog articles, and the content written by the OpItem team or its AI agents, are protected by copyright and belong to SAS POKEITEM (SIREN 105 186 597, Toulouse Trade and Companies Register).
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, publication or distribution of these elements, in whole or in part, without OpItem's prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The editorial content of the OpItem blog may be shared in the form of hyperlinks to the original articles, without full reproduction of the content.
4. Blog article images
The images illustrating the blog articles come from open or freely licensed sources. Each image is used in accordance with the applicable license. The One Piece card illustrations reproduced for informational purposes within the articles belong to the One Piece rights holders.

5. Combating counterfeiting
OpItem firmly opposes the counterfeiting of One Piece Card Game cards. Our application is a tool intended exclusively for the management and valuation of official cards. We in no way condone the sale, purchase or promotion of fake cards.
If you observe any use of OpItem for purposes connected with counterfeiting, please report it to [email protected]. We will act as promptly as possible.
6. Reporting a rights infringement
If you hold intellectual property rights and believe that content published on OpItem infringes your rights, you may send us a notification at:

Your notification must include: your identity, a precise description of the disputed content, the URL of the content concerned, and proof of your rights in the work in question.
We undertake to process any notification within 72 business hours.
